Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and claims will not be accepted without prior authorization and a sales return number. Please quote this number on a copy of the original invoice and send with the goods.
  • Returns and claims must be made within 7 days of invoice date or a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will apply.
  • Any item returned must be unopened, unmarked, in original packaging, and in salable condition.
  • The return of such items will be at the customers expense.
  • Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within 2 working days of receipt of goods.
  • Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the discretion of
